• We use Royal Mail’s 24hr tracked service, which typically delivers within 1-2 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds are typically processed within 4-5 business days upon receiving the returned items.

Product Returns:
Simba Vapes Wholesale has a 7-day return policy. For customers who retain their orders, shipping is complimentary. For returns, a £4.50 fee for administrative and packaging expenses will be deducted from the refund or replacement.

• Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and with intact seals. Opened items, or those with broken seals (unless defective), will not qualify for refunds.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is found to be defective.
• Please note that refunds are subject to the successful receipt of returned items, and we cannot guarantee refunds for returns lost in transit.
